Commercial guarantee statement for Ankermann-PC products

Ankermann Computer e.K. (hereinafter "Ankermann") grants you as a buyer of an Ankermann-PC product (hereinafter "product") a voluntary manufacturer's commercial guarantee for the duration of 24 months from the date of purchase. This commercial guarantee is in addition to your legal rights as a consumer, especially the legal warranty, and does not limit them.

The commercial guarantee covers the free repair or replacement of defective or faulty parts of the product that are due to material or manufacturing defects. The commercial guarantee service is provided exclusively by Ankermann itself.

The commercial guarantee does not apply to:

Damage caused by improper handling, operation, storage, maintenance or cleaning of the product
Damage caused by force majeure, accidents, fire, water, lightning or other external influences
Damage caused by viruses, malware or other harmful software
Damage caused by the installation or use of components, accessories or software that are not approved or supplied by Ankermann
Damage caused by changes, modifications or repairs of the product by unauthorized persons or companies
Damage caused by normal wear and tear, wear or aging of the product
Damage caused by the loss or damage of data, programs or data carriers
Damage caused by the non-compliance with the operating manual, the technical specifications or the safety instructions of the product

To claim the commercial guarantee, you must follow these steps:

The invoice of the product serves as your proof of warranty.
We recommend that you visit our Support Center, where you can create a ticket and communicate with our Customer Service. This is the fastest and easiest way to perform a fault diagnosis request commercial guarantee.

Follow the Customer Service's instructions on how to send or bring the product or the defective parts to Ankermann. Please note our return information.
Send the product or the defective parts together witch a copy of your invoice. Please also fill out our RMA form, which you can download from our website. Please describe the problem you encountered as detailed as possible.
Ankermann will repair or replace the product or the defective parts and send them back to you or make them available for pickup within a reasonable time

Ankermann is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product, unless required by law. The liability of Ankermann is limited to the purchase price of the product in any case.

This commercial guarantee statement is subject to German law. The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of Ankermann.

Important information about this commercial guarantee statement:

This commercial guarantee statement applies to products of the brand Ankermann-PC, which were purchased in the webshop of Ankermann, or on a marketplace. For all other products that were purchased in the webshop of Ankermann, the legal warranty or the manufacturer's warranty of the respective manufacturer applies. Please inform yourself about the exact conditions and deadlines from the respective manufacturer or dealer.
Ankermann Computer also sells refurbished products that are not sold under the brand Ankermann-PC. These products are refurbished, tested and cleaned and also have a commercial guarantee of 2 years. The commercial guarantee conditions for these products are the same as for the products of the brand Ankermann-PC. Please note that the availability and condition of these products may vary. Please also note that the commercial guarantee does not apply to batteries, as these are wear parts.
