Go! ExpressOur fast partner for express delivery
GO! Express specializes in transporting sensitive goods. This ensures that your dream PC arrives on time with you. GO! Express also ensures upright shipping and careful treatment of the package (no assembly lines). Thus, impact damage can be virtually eliminated. Once your order has left our distribution center, our system automatically sends an e-mail with your tracking code from GO! Express.
Germany / Austria: GO! Express delivers your goods to you on the next workday between 8:00h - 12:00h.
DHLOur reliable partner for standard shipping
DHL is our partner for domestic and international shipping. As the market leader, DHL provides professional and global express services and customized logistics solutions. With its parcel, express and logistics services DHL connects people every day. Once your order has left our logistics center, you will automatically receive an email with your tracking code from our system.
Germany:DHL delivers your PC system within one to work days (Also Saturdays). Unfortunately, specifying an exact time of delivery is not possible. Europe:DHL delivers your PC system within 48 hours on a workday (Monday-Saturday).
Packing & Shipping: In three steps to your desired computer
The inspection
After successful receipt of your order, a technical check of the configuration of the individual PC is performed by a qualified Technician. If any abnormalities are detected or components do not match (e.g. the power supply cannot provide sufficient power), we will contact you and suggest a solution. After a successful inspection, the order is handed over for assembly.
The assembly
A team of trained Technicians takes care of your system and installs the individual components in the chosen case. We pay special attention to clean cabling and clearance of the fans for good air circulation. After the system has been assembled from the various hardware components, it is thoroughly tested using special software. No system leaves our assembly without a Quality Manager having checked all components and the functionality of the PCs.
The shipping
After the computer system has successfully passed all stations (control, assembly, test stage), it is handed over to our logistics department. There it is safely and carefully packed together with the component accessories by our employees.
Attention: We must inform you that because of limited space we do not include all original packaging in the package. If you want all of the original packaging, please let us know in your order as a comment.
These three steps are completed by our team in 2-4 work days provisioning time (Monday-Friday) depending on the size and complexity of the system. If there are any delays, you will be notified by email or phone.
How do we pack your PC system?Good packaging is everything, to ensure that the goods reach you safe and sound
Each order is particularly well-packed and protected against external influences from outside by us. The carton of the computer case is placed in a sturdy outer carton and filled with special packing chips (see cross-section). This way, we can ensure that your PC system arrives undamaged.

Please keep this transport packaging! If you are shipping, moving or selling your PC, it is important that it is well packed and arrives undamaged at its destination.
