WITHDRAWAL OF THE ORDER
1 Withdrawal period and conditions
The order is revoked within 14 days from the date of delivery by you (as a private customer) without stating any reasons.*
*Excluded from withdrawal are:
• Business customers
• Individually assembled PC systems
2 Returns
Please send the order at your own expenses (sufficiently paid), padded against transport damages and with a completed RMA form back to the following address:

3 Inspection of returns
Your return arrives at Ankermann, is inspected by the technical team and checked for completeness. This process can take between 7-10 business days.

*In exceptional cases (e.g. christmas, easter, etc.) answering time might vary.
3 Remote diagnosis does not solve the problem
If the defect cannot be localized and corrected by the Support Team via remote diagnosis, the system (or individual component) must be sent to our Repair Department for testing.

We would like to point out that our warranty is only valid for hardware defects that can be traced back to us/the manufacturer. If the problem was caused, for example, by watering a potted plant on the PC and subsequent water damage to the device, software or e.g. a virus, we can charge you for the costs (after consultation). We will not return a repaired system until the repair invoice has been paid.
4 SHIPMENT ARRIVES AT ANKERMANN
Upon receipt of your return, it will be processed and tested in detail by our Technical Team. This process can take between 1-3 business days. Once the problem is located, a Technician will contact you and let you know how to proceed.
5 Defect has been repaired
The system will be returned to you free of charge (within the warranty period). You will receive a tracking code via your support ticket or by e-mail.
